Gator Bites debuted at the 21^st Annual Georgia Renaissance Festival!

The Festival that brings you gigantic roasted turkey legs and creamy macaroni and cheese on-a-stick, now announces the addition of Gator Bites to its vast menu of delicacies!

Be adventurous and tempt your palate with tender and delicious large chucks of fried Alligator served on a skewer along with tangy remoulade sauce.

Bring your appetite; there are even MORE new delicacies to tempt your palate!

Save some room for dessert! A touch of New Orleans meets the Renaissance with Fried Bananas Foster! Enjoy sweet bananas dusted with a light crust and then fried to perfection, served with mixed fresh fruit on a stick!

Delicious and tasty Gazpacho, a cold soup that we’ll serve in a translucent glass, garnished with tomato, cucumber, and a breadstick.

Lobster Rolls are coming to the Renaissance Festival! The recipe is simple—just some titanic hunks of supremely fresh lobster given the Hellmann’s treatment, with a fine dice of celery and a finger-twitch of chopped scallion, all shoved into a warm, buttery bun. The result is astonishing!

KEY LIME PIE-ON-A-STICK
