Michael and Denise Gerard, owners of the Brewhouse Cafe in Little Five Points, opened an Irish Pub at the site of the old Hot Wings Cafe on North Avondale Road, a few blocks west of downtown historic Avondale Estates. The pub opened quietly with little fanfare and has created a little touch of the Isles, for it is a beautiful pub with a great atmosphere where you can relax to great food and spirits with Celtic music floating in the background and the lilt of the Irish greeting you from a well trained wait staff. 

The James Joyce Pub offers a menu designed to satisfy the standard pub crawler (pub grub plus Irish dishes) but also attracts those seeking a great evening out with a range of entrees from $12-17.  For all of you Irish and Celts out there, please support them in making the pub a success and be sure to ask them to bring your favorite Celtic group or musician to their stage.
